Mission Hills is a residential development in the City of Prescott, Arizona, incorporated in 1989
and consisting of two separate developments, each having its own separate Homeowners
Association:
1) Mission Hills Property Owners Association, an association of single family homes also known
as Mission Hills Estates, consisting of 27 single family home lots.
2) Mission Hills Homeowners Association, an association of condominium unit owners.
The roads in both developments are private, with access to and from Mission Hills Estates via
Mission Way granted pursuant to a perpetual easement agreed upon by both developments.
Mission Hills is in close proximity to downtown Prescott and its Courthouse Square, Whiskey
Row, and numerous local shopping, hotel and restaurant establishments. Also nearby is the
Rodeo Grounds, the Prescott National Forest, and numerous hiking and biking trails. Watson,
Willow, Lynx and Goldwater lakes offer even more recreational opportunities.
